Problem diagnosis and hardware support.
Problem diagnosis, hardware support and problem rectification for all laptops covered under AMC .
Diagnosing the problem and resolving it as per the severity level assigned to.
Support for OS and other system software.
Resolving network connectivity problems at the client end.
Email client support
Resolving mail software related issues
Problem diagnosis, support and resolution for peripherals such as mouse/ monitors / cables and network cards.
Printers at all locations as defined in the scope will be covered under comprehensive AMC.
